Small confidential exemption is a convenient payment service provided by UnionPay for cardholders. When the cardholder uses the amount IC card with the function of "flash payment" to conduct a single transaction of less than 1000 yuan (inclusive) and the daily accumulated amount does not exceed 3,000 yuan, he only needs to put the card near the "flash payment" induction area (called "swipe card") of the POS machine (that is, the acceptance terminal) to complete the payment without entering a password or signature.
