JD Finance charges a handling fee for credit card payments. However, JD Finance has set a monthly free repayment limit for each user. The monthly free repayment limit is 10,000 yuan. JD Finance will only charge handling fees after the free repayment limit is exceeded. This will start from September 1, 2019. Start execution.

The charging standard for exceeding the free repayment limit is 0.15 of the excess. If the single service fee is less than 0.1 yuan, it will be charged at 0.1 yuan. There is no upper limit on the fee, so there will be two situations:

1. Monthly repayment amount ≤ 10,000 yuan: Use Alipay to repay a credit card, and you can continue to pay for free;

2. Monthly repayment amount > 10,000 yuan: Use Alipay to repay a credit card The amount exceeding the 10,000 limit will be charged at a rate of 0.15.
