When the bank sends the card through the post office, it will send you a text message on the mobile phone registered with the bank. The text message contains the registered mail or express number of the card.

According to the registered mail or express number, you can check the card mailing progress through the following methods:

1) Website query:

Registered mail can be checked through the China Post website ( / ) postal parcel inquiry;

Express delivery can be inquired through Global Postal Express (www.ems.com.cn)

2) Telephone inquiry: Call China Post hotline 11185 for inquiry Mailing status of the card
