What if I forget my credit card, phone number and bank password?
Credit cards have two passwords, namely:

1. Inquiry password: Inquiry password refers to the password used for telephone and network inquiry, and the password that needs to be entered before inquiry. Password inquiry is only for you to log in to online banking for general viewing of balance transaction records.

2. Transaction password: Transaction password refers to the password that needs to be entered when withdrawing money and conducting online transactions, so as to ensure the safe and smooth transaction. The payment password is the second password set for security.

If you forget the credit card inquiry password, you can reset the inquiry password by the following steps:

1. Log in to the credit card online banking, and click the "ID number login" field.

2. Click Reset Query and enter personal information as prompted.

3. Click "Continue" to reset the query password.

If you forget the transaction password of the credit card, you can call the credit card service hotline, input relevant information according to the voice prompt, and select the "Forgot Transaction Password" menu to reset the transaction password.
