There are differences between different types of account cancellation and loss reporting methods.
If the credit card is recovered after loss reporting and has not been replaced with a new one, you can choose to call ICBC customer service number 95588, choose 6 Credit Card Service -9 Manual Service according to the voice prompt, or bring your valid ID card and credit card to any local or off-site business outlets for loss reporting and cancellation;
if a savings card or passbook deposit certificate is cancelled, you should bring your valid identity certificate (which must be consistent with the account opening certificate), and the loss-reporting savings card or passbook deposit certificate should be cancelled at any personal business outlet in different places.
