Second, online self-service opening:
1. Open the home page of ICBC;
2. Select the "Register" function of "Personal Online Banking Login";
3. Open the "Notes for Online Self-registration" webpage and select "Register Personal Online Banking";
4. Download and install "ICBC Online Banking Control";
5. Close the browser, reopen the registration page, and enter the card number and password of the industrial and commercial bank card. Submit the registration, and set the login password, reservation information and login account number step by step according to the prompts;
6. After successful registration, return to the home page of ICBC and select "Personal Online Banking Login".
