When you open online banking for the first time, you will be given an initial password at the bank counter, which is written on a receipt slip. You must use this password to log in to online banking for the first time. You can change it after logging in.

Because I haven’t logged in to change the password for a long time, the system may have determined that the secret was too simple and automatically locked it. Then I can only take my ID card to the counter to reset the online banking login password.

If it is self-registered online banking, the password is numbers, letters, and 6 to 30 digits. If you cannot remember it, or the login password is locked, please bring your ICBC card and your ID card to the counter to reset your online banking login password.
