I. Application conditions

Individuals who meet the following conditions and have full capacity for civil conduct and legal and stable income can apply for UnionPay standard credit cards with their valid identity documents and other relevant supporting documents designated by Shengjing Bank:

1 and1China citizens aged between 8 and 60;

2. Foreigners and compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan who have the right of abode in China, hold the official passport and residence permit (residence permit of not less than one year) issued by the public security department of China, and have a fixed occupation and stable income in China;

3. Have a Shenyang or Tianjin hukou.

Second, the application materials to be provided

1. Original and photocopy of the applicant's (master and deputy cards) ID card (including ID card, passport, military officer's card, temporary residence permit, etc. );

2. Copy of employment permit or work permit;

3. Income certificate (copy of income certificate or payroll or salary passbook issued by the unit);

4. If the applicant chooses to own a house on the application form, please provide a copy of the city's real estate license (or down payment receipt).
