1. Cancel via ICBC Mobile Banking: log in to ICBC Mobile Banking and select Me-Account-Account Management-SMS Service. Click "Free SMS Reminder"-"Unsubscribe". Enter the SMS verification code and click "Confirm".
2. Cancellation through ICBC counter: Bring my ID card to ICBC outlets. Explain the requirements to the staff and cancel the SMS service fee.
3. Cancel through ICBC customer service phone: call ICBC customer service phone (95588). Follow the voice prompts and select "Account Management"-"SMS Service". Enter ID number, name and other information to cancel the SMS service fee.
