If you are blocked from using a credit card to make purchases, it may be due to the following reasons:

(1) The consumption amount exceeds your available limit, and you can only continue to use it after repayment. You can also call our credit card service hotline 4006695599 to check the status of your card and seek related help such as increasing the temporary limit.

(2) If the card machine fails or the communication line is busy, you can negotiate with the merchant to use manual authorization to conduct transactions.

(3) The magnetic stripe on the back of the card has been degaussed or damaged. Please go to our bank branch to apply for a card replacement.
