Applicants with import and export activities must be available on the platform of "Publicity of Import and Export Credit Information of China Customs Enterprises", and the credit information level of the enterprise must be "General Credit Enterprise" (inclusive) or above, and the import and export volume in the previous year reached more than 5, yuan; If there is no import or export activity (or a third party is entrusted), the communication with APEC economies must be explained in the reasons for application.
3. If the applicant enterprise is included in the scope of tax credit evaluation, the last year's grade must be M or above; if it is not included in the scope of tax credit evaluation, the last year must be "tax payment completed according to law"; Partnership enterprises and sole proprietorship enterprises are required to pay individual income tax according to law.
4. The number of employees in traditional production and manufacturing industries is not less than "1", and the number of employees in trade and other emerging industries is not less than "5".

After the relevant foreign affairs office has passed the examination, it will send the relevant materials to the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for examination.
