Generally, the blacklist status is associated with the certificate number of the owner registered in real name. At present, China Unicom blacklisted users mainly include the following three types:
1. Arrears for three months of downtime include cancelled users and non-cancelled users;
2. Malicious arrears users, such as users who maliciously defraud international information stations and users who maliciously defraud roaming charges in different places;
3. Users suspected of short message fraud, fraud and other criminal acts identified by public security organs.
In addition, if the card without real name registration has the above situation, the mobile phone number will also be blacklisted. The mobile phone number belongs to the unowned number, which only affects the handling of Unicom business and has no direct relationship with the credit card application.
Users who are found to have violated the law by the relevant state departments may be recorded in the personal credit records of the Credit Information Center of the People's Bank of China, which will affect the credit card credit review and lead to the failure of the review.
At present, the credit card business is not the official business of Unicom. When the bank credit card applied by the user is reviewed, whether the bank will inquire about the credit information of the user's business in Unicom shall be subject to the relevant business policies of the bank.
If blacklisted, it is recommended to cancel the blacklist in the local business hall as soon as possible.
