Passengers can book tickets in three ways: booking tickets directly online, calling the ticket center and the airport ticket office.

Payment methods include: cash, various credit cards and 7- 1 1 stored value cards.

If some passengers need special services, such as adding seats and increasing the weight of luggage, they can use the upgraded "NOK Plus" service. The usage fee of' NOK Plus' is 535 Thai dollars each time. Only 12 "NOK Plus" seats are available per class.
