I am from Shenzhen. I am going to Hong Kong to watch a concert and want to order tickets through City Computer Ticketing Network or Qantas Tickets. I would like to ask about payment and ticket collection.

I have only booked tickets on the city ticketing website, so I will use this as an example to answer you;

1. I don’t have a Bank of China credit card, and I don’t understand Bank of China’s rules. But I have credit cards from China Merchants Bank and Industrial Bank, both of which can open online banking, and I have been using these two cards for online payment services. Because Industrial Bank has MasterCard, I used this card to pay. Before you pay, the bank should ask you to download the JAVA international payment software. I couldn't pay at that time, and the bank immediately called me to tell me how to do it. To download the required software, you can check the FAQ on the City Ticketing Network for details and then consult the customer service of the cardholder bank.

The ticket buying website does not have a designated bank, as long as your card has VISA and MASTER.

2. You can go to designated ticket sales points to pick up tickets. There are two types of mailing, surface mail is 5 yuan and registered mail is 25 yuan. There is a handling fee for tickets, 3.5 per ticket, up to 20.

I have probably seen Qantas. It costs 100 to mail to the mainland. It’s so expensive...
