1. The last repayment date is 5th. If the repayment is postponed until 24: pm on the 8th of the month, it is normal repayment.

In p>213, the new version of China Bank Card Industry Self-discipline Convention requires card issuers to provide cardholders with "time tolerance" service, the time tolerance period is not less than 3 days, and the tolerance amount is not less than that of 1 yuan.
(1) Time tolerance means that if the cardholder fails to repay the loan in time on the due date of repayment, the card issuer shall give a grace period of at least 3 days. If the cardholder returns the bill within the grace period, it will be deemed as repayment on schedule, without penalty interest and overdue records.
(2) Tolerance refers to the fact that the cardholder still has some unpaid debts after the due repayment date, and the balance is less than or equal to 1 yuan, which is deemed to have been fully paid. This unpaid amount will be automatically transferred to the next bill without penalty interest or overdue records.
