All-in-One Account is online banking. The All-In-One Account username is set by yourself and cannot be queried. You can also log in using your ID number and mobile phone number.

You need to register and activate One Account by yourself. You cannot log in and use it without registering. If necessary, you can click on the official link of One Account and select "Register Now" on the page to register and log in.

If you forget your username, you can use the following methods to retrieve it:

1) Retrieve your username from the confirmation email sent to your mailbox during registration;

2) You can also use the customer number (which can be found in the confirmation email sent when the registration is successful) and the ID number (the same as the ID number filled in when registering) as the user name to log in to One Account.

3) If you have a One-Access Card in your account, you can use the All-In-One Card number to log in;

4) You can click "Forgot Username" on the login page, Retrieve username
