The line was frozen, probably because the customer had bad card use behavior, such as overdue repayment, which led to personal credit damage.
There is something wrong with the magnetic stripe/chip of the card, such as degaussing, which makes it impossible to swipe the card for consumption. If the credit card is locked and the password is wrong, it is temporarily impossible to swipe the card. You have to wait 24 hours to unlock and reset the password before you can use it.
