Alipay can't cancel the credit card even if it doesn't arrive. The specific repayment method is as follows:

1. Find the Alipay application on the mobile phone desktop and click Open.

2. After opening Alipay, find the "Credit Card Repayment" option in the application interface, and click Select.

3. Find the credit card to be repaid in the skipped credit card repayment interface, and click Select.

4. Enter the repayment amount and click "Confirm Repayment" below.
