* Original and photocopy of organization code certificate (photocopy)

* Original and photocopy of annual business license (photocopy)

* Original or photocopy of other information required by China Bank.

Ask employees to provide:

* Great Wall Official Card Employee Application Form

* Copy of identification.

* Copy of work certificate
