Two 51X51 mm color bareheaded photos taken within 6 months (the background must be white and the ears exposed). If there is no condition to take photos locally, you can go to a photo studio near the embassy the day before the interview.

Family certificate required for US visa.

Copy of ID card (the front and back sides of the ID card are required to be copied on the same side of A4 paper).

Original and photocopy of the household registration booklet for the whole family (the copy includes the homepage of the household registration booklet, household homepage, personal page, and spouse’s page).

Original marriage certificate (if the certificate is lost, please provide a certificate of loss issued by the Civil Affairs Bureau), a copy, and family photos.

The applicant’s resume should be made in two copies, one in Chinese and one in English.

Proof of assets required for US visa.

(Original copies of any of the following methods, with a total balance of at least 100,000 yuan)

① Original bank passbook (with normal and regular deposit and withdrawal records);

②Original bank deposit receipts (please note that large deposits must be made at least 3 months ago);

③Original bank deposit cards and credit cards (recommendation: bring them with the bank to print and stamp 3-6 months' running accounts);

④ Stock delivery receipts, securities, and salary income slips; you do not need to submit them

⑤ Yourself or your spouse or other immediate family members Original real estate certificate, original car driving license (blueprint) (please submit if available, no need to submit if not);

⑥ Any other materials proving the applicant’s financial resources. Copy of ID card (requires front and back of ID card) Copy both sides on the same side of A4 paper).

The original "certificate of deposit" of not less than fifty thousand (50,000 yuan). The "certificate of deposit" must be in the bank's standard format, with a correct English translation, and cannot be handwritten.
