Why can't my credit card be transferred or withdrawn?
If it is a CMB credit card, you need to set the transaction password and open the cash advance function before you can withdraw it. The cash advance function of personal business card depends on whether the company is enabled or not, while the corporate business card has no cash advance function. Turn on/off the cash advance function online: log in to the credit card online bank, click Card Management-Transaction Password Management, and follow the prompts. If you have any questions, please call our credit card service hotline, enter your ID number and select 9 to enter the manual, and the customer service staff will verify and handle it for you.
