You can log in to Bank of China Mobile Banking and use the function of "Home-China Bank Credit Card-Report Loss and Change Card". If you only report the loss, your card will be in the state of reporting the loss; If you apply for "loss reporting+replacement card", your card will be in the state of loss reporting, and the Bank of China will issue you a new card. After receiving the activation of the new card, the old card automatically becomes invalid and the new card can be used normally. Reminder: Bank of China will charge a certain fee for the replacement of the lost credit card. Please refer to the page tips for specific charging standards.
