Cash withdrawals cannot be made with CCB e-payment credit cards.

The CCB e-pay card is a virtual card and does not have a physical card, so you cannot withdraw cash directly through ATMs. You need to use a mobile phone with NFC technology to perform Cloud Quick Pass;

For example, if you are Apple If you have a mobile phone, you must first add the e-payment card to apple

pay; if it is a Samsung, then you must first add it to Samsung pay; if it is your other Android phone;

First download the CCB "Suixinyou" APP, and then add the card to the Suixinyou client;

After adding, you can use the e-payment card through these carriers.

Currently, CCB’s ATMs only support Apple

Pay debit card withdrawals, and do not support credit card withdrawals.
