(1) After the credit card is activated, the cardholder shall pay the annual fee for the year after activation. It refers to 12 months from the card verification date as one year. Each year's annual fee is included in the amount payable for the corresponding billing period that year.

(2) For cardholders’ non-cash advance transactions, the period from the accounting date to the last repayment date (inclusive) is the interest-free repayment period. If you repay all the repayable amount within the interest-free repayment period, you do not need to pay overdraft interest on the card consumption transactions in the current period. The interest-free repayment period is up to 51 calendar days, and the Bank may adjust it within the scope permitted by relevant financial regulations.

If the cardholder fails to repay in full before (inclusive) the due repayment date, all transactions will not enjoy the interest-free repayment period; the repaid portion will be charged to the account at the overdraft interest rate. Interest accrues from the date of repayment to the repayment date, and the unpaid portion will continue to accrue interest at the overdraft interest rate from the accounting date.

(3) The upper limit of the overdraft interest rate is 0.5% of the daily interest rate, and the lower limit of the account overdraft interest rate is 0.7 times the daily interest rate of 0.5%; the corresponding annualized interest rate upper limit is 18.250, and the lower limit is 12.755 (subject to The actual annual interest rate may be different from the above-mentioned annual interest rate due to factors such as the number of days in the month and the different repayment status of the cardholder.)
