Five reasons and solutions for invalid transactions of cardholders.
① If the credit card fails to swipe due to magnetic stripe damage or degaussing, you can try to swipe it at the bank counter or ATM. If the card is damaged, you need to call the issuing bank to apply for a replacement card;
(2) If the card swiping fails due to the failure of the payment terminal or POS machine, you can contact the staff to check the equipment and eliminate the failure;
③ Due to identity reasons such as expired personal registration information of credit card, restricted transaction or overdue, the cardholder who caused such reasons needs to contact the issuing bank to understand the specific situation of the credit card and handle it.
(4) Due to the credit card reported lost in the previous period, the cardholder has reissued a new card, and the old card needs to be cut and scrapped.
