If users need the over-limit service of Industrial Credit Card, they can complete the activation by editing a text message to the dedicated number of Industrial Credit Card. Or users can call the customer service hotline or go to the bank counter to directly activate the over-limit service.

When a credit card is used beyond the limit, some banks need to charge the cardholder a certain amount of over-limit fee. Generally, 5% of the excess consumption amount will be charged. However, Industrial Bank’s credit cards are currently exempt from over-limit fees.
