How long does it usually take ICBC to apply for a credit card?
Permission conditions

Online application is generally completed within 15 working days, and the card can be approved in 3-5 days in most areas.

Each province generally has a business card printing center for business card printing. The business card printing center will issue cards on the same day or the next day, and then send them to the credit card department that applied. From the credit card department to the card collection outlets, some regional outlets have to go to the credit card department to get the cards themselves. Because it takes a long time from sending the card to picking it up, it is suggested that qualified friends choose the credit card department to pick it up when handling the card, which can shorten the time.

After the business card is printed, the card will generally arrive at the card collection outlet within 5 working days, and it may take longer in some areas.

There are four ways to check whether you can get a card:

1. ICBC messenger SMS notification (usually the next day at the outlet)

2. Call the outlet or card department.

3. Go to the online banking independently to check whether you have reached the outlet. If it is displayed at the outlet, please apply for a card.

4. If you think it's almost time, you can also call the outlets and the card department yourself to check whether it's here (I am).

Card receiving process

After going to the outlet, the lobby manager will give a warm reception.

I was told to get the card and was taken to the VIP room. Card collection procedures shall be handled by the superior supervisor. Generally, ICBC tellers can't handle cards online. So try to avoid weekends and noon.

You need to bring your ID card to get a card, and others can't do it.
