You can activate your card by calling the 24-hour customer service hotline displayed on the back of the Bank of Communications credit card.

Second, activate the Bank of Communications credit card online.
Log in to the homepage of Bank of Communications Credit Card Center and log in to Bank of Communications Credit Card Online Banking to activate the Bank of Communications Credit Card.
1. If there is no choice when filling out the credit card application form.
Use the password to confirm the transaction function, and you can use the credit card after activation.
2. If you choose to use the password to confirm the transaction, you must set the transaction password in online banking or telephone banking before you can use this password for credit card consumption.
