1. Palm Bank: version 7. and above. You can modify it by entering my real-name mobile phone number and SMS verification code in the lower right corner of the palm bank page. The modification process needs to verify the ID number, face and mobile phone number registered by my real name. The reserved mobile phone number and verified mobile phone number must be authenticated by my real name. If the reserved mobile phone number is not in use or has not been reserved in our bank, and the version below version 7. of our bank has been registered, you can click "Forgot Password" when logging in to the bank, enter your ID number and click "Change and verify the mobile phone number" to modify the reserved mobile phone number synchronously. If it cannot be modified successfully, please ask the card owner to bring his valid ID card, bank card and mobile phone for receiving the verification code to any outlet of our bank.
2. Counter: Please ask the cardholder to bring his/her valid ID card, account voucher (if any) and the mobile phone he/she needs to use (the new mobile phone number needs to receive the verification code sent by our bank), and reserve the mobile phone number when opening an account at any ABC outlet in China.
Tips:
1. The supplementary card of debit card cannot modify the reserved mobile phone number different from the main card.
2. in order to implement the regulatory requirements and prevent telecom fraud, please consult the handling outlets for specific business handling.
You can modify the reserved mobile phone number of the credit card in the following ways:
1. Personal Banking: Please log in to Personal Banking APP, click "Home → Credit Card → Card Manager → Personal Information" and modify the reserved mobile phone number through the "Mobile Phone Number" menu.
2. Customer service hotline: Please call our credit card customer service hotline 46695599 to apply for modifying the reserved mobile phone number.
3. Counter: Please ask the cardholder to bring his/her valid ID card and credit card to any branch of ABC to apply for amendment.
