BOC Credit Card Loss Report and Replacement Processing:

1. Personal Mobile Banking: Select Account Management-One-click Card Lock to report temporary loss; or click Report Loss and Replace Card to process formal loss report and replacement Card.

2. Colorful Life: Choose to report card loss temporarily/formally; if you need to replace the card after reporting the loss, you can click Card Replacement.

3. "Bank of China Credit Card" official account: Select Account Services - Customer Service? Consumer Protection? More - Payment Security Lock | Temporary Loss Report and Lift to handle temporary loss report; or you can click on Report Loss and Replace Card to process formal loss report and replacement cards.

4. You can call the Bank of China credit card customer service hotline 4006695566 to handle temporary/formal loss reporting and card replacement.

Warm reminder:

1. The formal fee for reporting the loss of an activated credit card is 40 yuan per time; the handling fee is waived for platinum cards and above high-end cards, and some card types;
