Bank of China ETC processing procedures:

Customers holding Bank of China debit/credit cards can hold the debit/credit card in your name, personal ID card, and vehicle driving license (can inconsistent with the cardholder), drive to the designated ETC business acceptance outlet of Bank of China, fill in the ETC user agreement, handle ETC business and install OBU equipment. Since services vary across regions, please contact the nearest Bank of China branch for detailed information.

Warm reminder: According to the requirements of the Road Network Center of the Ministry of Transport, Bank of China’s online ETC issuance business is suspended.
