At least 18 years old, with full capacity for civil conduct; Individuals whose work unit is located in the card issuing institution and have a stable income and a fixed residence may apply to China Industrial and Commercial Bank for a Peony Card. Applicants may apply for no more than two supplementary cards for their spouses or relatives with full capacity for civil conduct.

2. Those who meet the basic conditions for bidding and one of the following conditions and can provide two contacts at the same time are qualified to bid for the Peony Card quickly through the green channel. According to the credit evaluation of the applicant, the issuing bank decides whether to issue the card quickly.

(1) National public officials;

(2) ICBC personal wealth management account customers.

3. The applicant shall provide two contact persons at the same time. The first contact person is the spouse or immediate family member of the applicant, and the second contact person is a person with a fixed residence and a stable occupation in the local urban area. The contact person does not assume the guarantee responsibility for the cardholder.

4. Any inaccuracy or omission in the application form and related materials will affect the applicant's credit score and may cause the applicant's application to be rejected. Banks have the right to decide whether to issue cards, types of cards and credit lines according to the scores of applicants.

5. After receiving the card issuance notice from the bank, the applicant must go to the card issuing bank to handle the card issuance formalities with the original and photocopy of the ID card.

6. At present, there are two reconciliation methods for Peony Credit Card and Peony Credit Card, namely "mail statement" and "account book reconciliation", and the reconciliation method for Peony International Credit Card is limited to "mail statement".
