2. Report the loss of online banking
Log in to ICBC's personal online banking, and report the loss of the credit card through "Credit Card Service-My Credit Card-More-Loss Reporting" or "Security Center-Online Loss Reporting".
3. Report the loss of business outlets
Bring valid identity documents and report the loss of credit cards to ICBC card issuers or business outlets.
If acting for others, the agent must provide valid identity documents of both the cardholder and the agent (if the cardholder's certificate is lost, temporary id card number, household registration book, driver's license and other documents or related materials can be provided for handling).
4. Report the loss of mobile banking
Log in to ICBC Mobile Banking, and report the loss of the credit card according to the page prompts through the functions of "Favorites-Credit Card-My Credit Card" or "Favorites-My Account".
The loss reporting fee for credit cards and quasi-credit cards is 20 yuan/card, and the loss reporting fee for special cards is 10 yuan/card.
