Peony unblocked card is a special card launched by ICBC to pay traffic violation fines.

Customers with valid motor vehicle driver's license in this city can apply for Peony Smooth Card. Applicants can go to the business outlets of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China in this city to get the Peony Smooth Card Application Form, fill it out completely and sign it, and then submit a copy of their valid identity certificate (including the front and back copies of the second-generation ID card) to the business outlets of our bank.
