What will be the consequences if the credit card bank sues?

Legal analysis: If the credit card bank sues, it will incur high overdue interest and late fees; it will produce a bad credit record; it will face bank collection and may be prosecuted for criminal liability. If the cardholder forgets to repay the card and discovers it is overdue, he or she must repay the card as soon as possible, preferably in full. You can call the bank and declare that the debt is not malicious. If the overdue period is short, the bank may not record a bad record. When cardholders take the initiative to apply for an extension of repayment, the bank will often agree to the extension. The bank and the cardholder agree on a repayment plan acceptable to both parties. If you maliciously overdraw your credit card, you are suspected of credit card fraud.
