The minimum redemption is 500 miles (i.e. 9,000 points). The number of flight miles for each point redemption must be 500 miles. Integer multiples of, you can manually redeem the corresponding mileage of the following airline partners through online banking or customer service: China Eastern Airlines, China Southern Airlines, Air China, Asia Miles, Hainan Airlines.

Notes on redeeming miles with Bank of Communications credit card points:

1. The minimum amount of flight miles redeemed with Bank of Communications credit card is 500 miles (i.e. 9,000 points);

2 . Use Bank of Communications credit card points to redeem flight miles. Each redemption must be an integer multiple of 500 miles (i.e. an integer multiple of 9,000 points);

3. You must first become an airline member before you can redeem flight miles. Once the application for mileage redemption is accepted, it cannot be changed or canceled.
