savings card: you can log in to mobile banking, select "All → Assistant → Transaction Flow" or click three points in the upper right corner of "Home → Revenue and Expenditure", and select "Print Flow" to follow the prompts.

Tips

Print the transaction flow from January 1st, 215 to the present. The maximum time span is one year, and you can only apply for transactions on T-2nd.

credit card: after logging in to the online banking (popular version or professional version), click "credit card → account management → query of outstanding bills/query of issued bills" to query, download and print bills.

issued bill: click "bill details → click to download financial details" of each issue. The print format is "PDF" with special seal for business acceptance.

unbilled bill: click unbilled bill to download or print directly, and the print format is "excel" with special seal for electronic receipt.

Tips

Credit cards have no receipt printing function and do not provide English bills. The print format cannot be changed temporarily.
