I. Application conditions

1. The main card applicant must be at least 18 years old; Supplementary card applicants must be at least 13 years old.

2. The main card applicant must have a legitimate occupation and a stable income; Or you have a stable source of income although you don't have a fixed job, otherwise please provide the necessary guarantee (such as deposit, pledge or guarantor) and fill in the Minsheng Credit Card (personal card) guarantee contract.

Second, the supporting documents

1. Valid identification documents of the applicant for the main card and supplementary card: copy of resident ID card (please provide the front and back of the second-generation ID card), household registration book, military officer's card, Hong Kong and Macao residents' travel permit to and from the mainland, mainland travel permit for taiwan residents, passport, etc.

2. The main card applicant shall provide the following documents:

1) Work certificate: such as the original work certificate issued by the work unit, a copy of the employment contract and a copy of the work permit. (Please provide at least one copy)

2) Income certificates: such as payroll records issued by banks, income certificates issued by units, income tax withholding vouchers, etc. (Please provide at least one copy)

3) Financial proof: such as self-owned real estate license, mortgage payment certificate, self-owned vehicle driving license, mortgage payment certificate, car purchase invoice, and a copy of our time deposit certificate. (Help to improve your credit rating by the bank)

4) Proof of residence: such as payment vouchers for water, electricity, coal and other utilities in the last three months, communication fees such as mobile phones or fixed telephones, cable TV fees, property management fees, etc. (Help to improve your credit rating by the bank)

5) Other certificates: such as the copy of professional title certificate and professional qualification certificate. (Help to improve your credit rating by the bank)
