When the paypal payment shows that there is no associated card, it is not associated in the personal account.

1. Link in the PayPal control panel.

2. Go to the wallet in the top menu bar and click Link Card.

3. Enter your credit card or debit card details.

4. After completing the input, click Save.

5. Enter the one-time verification code sent by the bank to confirm the bank card, which means the link is successful.
