There is no inter-bank handling fee for cash advance.

Interest: Cash advance does not enjoy interest-free repayment. From the day the cash advance is processed to the date of repayment, interest will be charged at a daily interest rate of 5/10,000, and compound interest will be charged on a monthly basis.
