Hello, your credit card will automatically expire after expiration. Our bank provides card replacement service upon expiration. The new card is valid for five years. One month before the expiration of the card (except the YOUNG card student version), a card replacement SMS will be sent to notify the principal cardholder. Subsequent new cards will be sent to the billing address of the main cardholder. The default method is registered mail (within 15 days). Platinum/unlimited cards will be sent by express delivery. Cards cannot be exchanged directly at branches.
