1, telephone banking has been opened:

Please dial "customer service hotline (95588)- press 1 Chinese service-press 6 credit card service-press 9 manual service" to activate.

2. Opening of business outlets:

Please bring your ID card and card to any ICBC outlet in Guangzhou for activation. You can also activate mobile phone balance change prompt, automatic repayment agreement and online banking at the same time for free.

3. Online banking has been opened (online banking customers have handled it):

Please log in to online banking and select Credit Card Service-Apply for Credit Card-Activate Card to activate.
