Bank review and notification, update address information, activate new cards, change cards online, over the phone or at the counter, wait for new cards to be sent, and cut old cards.
1. Bank review and notification. When Ping An Bank discovers that your credit card is about to expire, the bank will review your card usage records. If your card is in good condition, the bank will proactively contact you about three months before the credit card expires to ask if you want to continue using the new card.
2. Update address information. If you find that your permanent address has changed when you receive a card replacement notification, you should update your delivery address in a timely manner to ensure that the new card can be delivered to you accurately.
3. Activate the new card. Once you receive your new card, you'll need to activate it before your old card will become invalid. Once the new card is activated, the old card will become invalid immediately, even if the old card has not expired before the new card is activated.
4. Replace the card online, over the phone or at the counter. You can also choose other ways to change your card, including changing your card online through the official website or mobile app of Ping An Bank, changing your card over the phone by calling the customer service hotline, or going to the counter of any Ping An Bank branch to change your card in person. Apply.
5. Wait for the new card to be sent. No matter which card replacement method you choose, Ping An Bank will send the new card to your designated address. Normally, the delivery time is within 3 to 4 days (domestic), within 2 days in this province, and 7 to 10 days abroad (countries that have signed agreements with China).
6. Cut off old cards. For safety reasons, it is recommended that you cut off the old card in time after the new card is activated to prevent the old card from being stolen by others.
