1. SMS inquiry: China Construction Bank has launched a SMS point inquiry service, which undoubtedly makes point inquiry more convenient and faster. The specific method is: use the mobile phone number you registered in the credit card system to send "CCJF# the last four digits of the card number" to 95533.

2. Online query: Log in to the CCB Credit Card Center, click Bill Points Query on the left side of the page, enter the card number in the new pop-up window, check the password and verification code, and click Login Query.

3. Telephone inquiry: Dial the customer service hotline 4008200588 and follow the voice prompts for inquiry.
