Card renewal failure may be caused by the following reasons:

1. The user does not activate the credit card after getting the card until the end of the validity period, then this type of credit card is not valid. There are cards that can be renewed;

2. If an individual has an overdue record when using a credit card, and the overdue circumstances are serious, the bank will not allow card renewal;

3. The cardholder does not meet the credit card renewal conditions stipulated by the bank, for example, the cardholder is included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement.
