If your password for credit card telephone inquiry of BOC is entered incorrectly for 5 consecutive times, it will be locked by the personal mobile banking channel of BOC and cannot be used for verification again, and will be automatically unlocked the next day (that is, after 24:00 on the same day).

3. You can manage and operate personal mobile banking and personal online banking at the same time through the personal mobile banking associated account of China Bank.
