The balance of 1 Sufficient ETC wallet: We will deduct your ETC transaction money in real time and in full to the bank account designated by the expressway.
2. Insufficient balance of ETC wallet: If you bind a Class I account of another bank, we will deduct it from ETC wallet until the balance is zero. If the Class I account of the bank is bound, the bank will deduct some money from the ETC wallet (until the balance is zero), and then deduct the remaining money from the account bound by the ETC wallet, and both of them will be deducted to the bank account designated by the expressway.
We will inform you of the insufficient deduction and the amount of arrears by SMS, and inform you that if you fail to make up the arrears within the specified time, you will be blacklisted.
There is a time delay between sending debit instructions and data to our bank and your ETC transaction. The longest delay time before the end of 20 19 is T+ 14 days, and the longest delay time will be shortened from 1 day to T+5 days in 2020. If the payment deduction instruction exceeds the maximum delay time, we will refuse to pay.
