Five years later, before the card expires, the bank credit card center will call you and ask if you want to continue using it. If you want to continue using it, we will send you a new card.

Answering with five questions, EBOCA is a credit card, which is different from ordinary savings card. Encourage overdraft consumption, and it is not recommended to deposit money in the card, because if you want to withdraw money, you have to pay a handling fee. If you pay by credit card, you don't have to pay the handling fee.

You can cancel the account by dialing the number on the back of the card. Don't go to the outlets.
