After submitting the application, the ICBC Credit Card Department will conduct a comprehensive score based on many factors such as your past card use and credit status. Only those who pass the comprehensive evaluation can apply. You can contact the original collection agency, Peony Card Department or 95588 to check the progress or results within 15 to 20 working days after successfully submitting the application form.
How to check the application progress:
1. Check the application progress of ICBC credit card online
1. Search for Industrial and Commercial Bank of China in the browser and look for the official website Click to enter.
2. After successfully entering the official website of ICBC, select Credit Card in the main menu bar.
3. On the credit card page, you can see the "Application Progress" query and click to enter.
4. Log in to your personal ICBC account and password.
5. After logging in to your online banking account, select "Credit Card Services" on the main menu bar.
6. Click "Check Application Progress" under "Apply for Credit Card" in the upper left corner of the page, and you will see the application status of your credit card. Note that at present, users who have ICBC bank cards and have opened ICBC online banking can directly query online. If you are not the one, you can only call the official customer service to check.
2. Dial 95588 to contact customer service to check the progress.
Note:
After the credit card is approved, it will usually be mailed by registered mail within 15 days, no more than 45 days at the latest, and the website will usually display it if it is not received for more than a month. If it has been sent, please contact the bank customer service in time and the bank will verify and process it. Currently, there is a 4% loss rate for domestic credit card mailings, so please check the application progress in time to prevent errors and time delays.
