Customers with BOC debit/credit cards can drive to the designated outlets of BOC ETC business acceptance, fill in the ETC user agreement, handle ETC business and install OBU equipment with their debit/credit cards, ID cards and vehicle driving licenses (which may be different from those of the cardholders).
